It seems in recent years there have been a lot of fun art contests with those good old marshmallow Peeps. The newspaper where we used to live has a whole section dedicated to a contest with them this year. Click HERE to see a page with many photos of what people have done with Peeps. (And some say QUILTERS are odd???? I think these Peeps' people have too much time on THEIR hands!!!) Of course, you recognize that the Peep photo accompanying this post is paying homage to The Wizard of Oz. Pretty silly, huh? (But fun, too!)

Peeps are cute but I think that was the last thing I would eat in my Easter Basket...
OMGosh that is just too funny!! I may contact the Community Promotion Group in my small town and see if they would like to do something like this. We have a "talent" show every year (was just last Saturday) and having something like this too would be great fun for everyone.
Peeps were (and still are) my favorites. I also MUST have one regular and one caramel Cadbury egg too.

I love those peeps scenes and so does my grandson! However, I never liked peeps and so I think they are fine to put in little settings never to be eaten. I wouldn't be able to use chocolate bunnies and eggs in a scene as I would eat them before I could finish making a clever scene!! LOL!!

I love peeps too. I was having a bad day recently & my husband brought home a box of peeps. Put a smile on my face :) He & I ate the whole box!
Hmmmm. Very cute idea. And, I might just have to try a peep. I have to admit I've never eaten one because they look so "icky". Can't find a better word.
